Finding Strength for Mother’s Day
Hello Sybrina
I am a complete stranger to you physically, but emotionally I think we women are all connected. First, please allow me to say as many have already stated before me, I am so sorry for the lost of your son. As a mother myself of a boy I can identify with motherhood, but to lose… I would think your pain is indescribable, I cannot imagine your pain. My son’s name is Matthew he is 14 and my only child and to think of losing him is impossible. To see and hear what had happened to your son, it has affected all people of every walk of life, and have us all still in deep sense of shock, hurt, anger, sadness and a rising sense of deep fear. As everyone else I see on the television that you have another son so what you are experiencing is indeed overwhelming. You have lost one child and now you have to fight to protect your other son, my heart is with you and your family. You might not see all of us who are grieving with you, but believe me we are beside you in silence strength and prayer.
But what I have also seen is your grace, your strength and your Faith. I believe there is a God and he gives us the support and strength when it is needed. I also believe that there is true evil in this world and it unfortunately, is as common as looking in your next door neighour face. I believe there is a God and in the end He will triumph.
As Mother’s Day approach and we the women of this planet that do observe this tradition, You are, and will be thought of and prayed for. Prayers can and do move mountains. Sybrina you are been prayed for in many homes. God will answer prayers, maybe not in the ways that we think they should be answered but prayers are been offered for you, your family and your friends.
May God give you the strength to dealt with this ordeal.
From your sister in Faith
